I have worked with PRG for several years and they have managed several projects of various scope and complexity for me. PRG’s knowledge, resources, work product and final deliverables exceeded my expectations.

One example that comes to mind is while I was working for a different cable company. We used PRG to help audit contractor invoices for proper workmanship, validate billing accuracies, and to determine if the invoice contained proper documentation. PRG helped identify two key issues with improper contractor billing including invoice errors and improper documentation (work not matching corresponding invoices). The PRG team reviewed invoices totaling more than $4.8M and found serious, material issues with about 18% or about $850K. Approximately 7% ($340K) of the total invoicing reviewed was made up of duplicate billing and should have been coded as contractor overhead.
